Forgiveness, Seeking The Lord’s Heartbeat

Confess, Repent

God’s Word still applies to our lives even today. His Word reveals who we are and what we are not. There is nothing left out of God’s Word. We see the good, bad and the ugly.

He told her that she could become more like God by defying God’s authority, by taking God’s place and deciding for herself what was best for her life. Satan told her to become her own god.

Lying, to deliberately tell an untruth

Consuming Fire of God’s Wrath or purifying us

We all know that there are consequences to any action we take. What we do can set into motion a series of events that may continue long after we are gone. Unfortunately, when we are making a decision most of us think only of the immediate consequences. These are often misleading because they are short-lived.

Jeremiah 17: 9-10The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? “I the Lord search the heart and examine the mind, to reward a man according to his conduct, according to what his deeds deserve.
